Rules of the Forge:
Please read though these policies before booking your first appointment. I will be happy to answer any further questions you have regarding my services here.
In General:
Clients must be 18+ at the time of treatment.
All services are non-sexual in nature. (No exchange of body fluid, no erogenous contact.)
All services operate within the “container” of client-established boundaries, and with clear, communicated consent. Your safety and comfort is my utmost concern at all times.
First time clients will be screened via video or telephone (as you prefer) in order to assess compatibility with treatment, and to make sure that you understand the applicable policies.
Though these treatments are therapeutic, I am not a licensed clinician. Services are not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition. Please reach out to a medical professional in your area if you are in severe mental or physical distress.
Cuddle Therapy:
As an affiliate of Cuddlist, cuddle sessions are administered using the Cuddlist method. It is important to read and understand the Cuddlist Code of Conduct, as it is the first major set of boundaries that must be respected in order to participate in treatment:
1. Client and Practitioner both verify that they are at least the legal age of consent in their location.
2. Client and Practitioner both agree to be free from any mind-altering substances during the sessions and are thereby fully able to give consent.
3. Client agrees to fully disclose any diagnoses or conditions that may affect their cuddling session to the Practitioner.
4. Client and Practitioner both agree to practice consent and attention to personal boundaries at all times.
5. Client and Practitioner will communicate to find what is mutually comfortable throughout each cuddling session. This applies to all communication prior to and after sessions as well.
6. This is a strictly platonic service. Client and Practitioner both agree to not pursue or encourage sexual arousal. Also:
Minimum clothing of tank top and shorts that cover the top half of the thigh and are suitable to be worn in public for both Client and Practitioner at all times.
No hand to genital or breast contact. No intentional genital stimulation of any kind.
No exchanging of saliva, or any other bodily fluid, in any way.
7. Client and Practitioner both agree to respectful personal hygiene.
8. Client confidentiality is to be respected at all times.
9. Either client or Practitioner may end the session at any time.
10. All feedback is valued and confidential. Client and Practitioner agree to let Cuddlist.com know if either party does not uphold this code of conduct during a Cuddlist session through this link: https://bit.ly/cuddlistfeedback.
Tickle Therapy:
Treatment is highly individualized to the client. During screening, we will discuss what your goals are for therapy, and plan your ideal session. The therapy involves two general types of sessions: relaxing and stimulating.
Relaxing tickle sessions usually involve laying comfortably, while your skin is stimulated with light touches. This treatment releases beneficial oxytocin, and reduces stress. Care is taken not to stimulate any involuntary reactions, nor elicit laughter. In fact, it is not uncommon to fall asleep during this type of session.
Stimulating sessions are closer to what most people associate with tickling. Based on your goals and sensitivities, I will work with you to find the right level of tickling to elicit enjoyable laughter, and pleasurable sensation. Such laughter helps release endorphins and stimulate your immune system, not to mention an ab workout! If you have excess energy to burn, this is the therapy for you.
Participants must wear shorts and a tank top, at minimum.
Respectful hygiene must be practiced for all sessions.
Please consult your doctor before booking if you have any medical condition that may impact treatment.
